- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I think Dr. Highsmith is a great dentist from the one visit I went to. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Her husband needs to learn how to deal with people. I had switched jobs and did not know that my insurance from my other job cancelled on the first. My appointment was on the 6th which should be proof enough that I did not know. Who pays for insurance for an entire and then decides to go after it cancels. That alone shows and proved his lack of intelligence. Anyway, he called me threatening me with pressing charges and saying I knew the insurance was not any good. I made a 300 dollar payment over the phone after listening to him tell me what a terrible person I am. Then my son went to make another payment for this Friday and the office was closed. Mr. Highsmith should not be running his wife's office. She could do just fine probably better without him.March 08, 2017by ricki relihan
