- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Hoffman is okay as a physician. His personality is very dry. He seems to rush through his appointments. The real issues I have is with the staff they double booked my appointments for an entire year I had to call three or four times to get the schedule straight . Still have not got a decent response on what they billed my insurance. Today when I arrived for my appointment I was rudely told that they do not accept the only insurance company now available in Georgia, Blue Cross -Blue Shield (Obamacare BS) and that I could keep the appointment but would have to pay out of pocket. I am sure they are being squeezed on the other end as well but as in any business the customer should count not the insurance company. If Dr Hoffman would find the time to call and talk to me. I would feel he actually cared . The insurance disaster is something they will need to resolve.August 16, 2017by Greg Elmgren
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Hoffman did not ask any questions, take time to explain anything he said, and did not give me time to respond to any of his statements.
